Here is my Z...

OK here are the specs...

CAR:

1990
Z32 300ZX
NA
2+2

ENGINE:

*FULL 100,000 service kit (Thanks K-Zed) with viton seals
*Series 2 PTU hard wired in
*AIV's removed
*Unorthodox Racing underdrive pulley, nicer than the GFB ones IMO
*Pex overdrive water pump pulley painted red
*All small vacuum lines replaced with silicone (red)
*PWR Twinpass TT radiator (*Davies Craig Thermofan
*Top elbow silicone (red)
*A'PEXi pod filter
*Walbro 500HP fuel pump
*A'PEXi Super Megaphone cat-back exhaust (nice and quite and has a roar when you step on it) was on the car from Japan
*Timing belt covers painted red + clear coat (flame proof )

Car made 135rwkw on the Fist Dyno Dynamics dyno. Equal Number 7 in australia. I believe that this is the highest NA figure on stock extractors
Ran a 15.1 at Willowbank. Number 3 in australia

DRIVELINE:

*One piece driveshaft 25,000 k's ago, probably getting a ally one from the states soon
*New Nissan g'box mount
*Motul gearbox oil
*Heavy duty Exedy organic clutch 25,000 k's ago, looking for a tough one to take the power of a TT V8
*S/S braided clutch line with Super Dot 4 clutch fluid

SUSPENSION/BRAKES

*Front (Unknown brand) and rear (Whiteline) strutbraces (this was the first mod, way back just after I bought the car. It was also the start of my love affair with GB's )
*Energy Suspension hyper-flex master bushing set (Front lower arm bushes not installed yet, but the subframe and diff ones are, that cost $900 in installation alone!)
*Rear adjustable camber arms (Egg's)
*Front PZP arms ordered
*Front Tension rods ordered
*Front and rear KYB shocks with lowered King Springs
*Whiteline solid swaybars front and rear, one of the best mods ever
*17" x 8" Chrome Starcorp Tracer II's with 235/45 Falken 452's on the front
17" x 9" Chrome Starcorp Tracer II's with 255/40 Falken 452's on rear Seriously the stickiest tyres I've ever had!
I have only been in one Zed that handeled better than mine and that is the AMEC race car...
*Slotted DBA front rotors
*Red calipers
*R33 GTR V-Spec Brembo's ready to go on when Caz gets off her back side and sends me the rotors
*Brake fluid changed about 1 month ago with Castrol Super Dot 4
*Stock brake pads, never had any trouble with fade even on the mountains, but they are a bit lacking when cold.

INTERIOR/STEREO

*Front Kenwood speakers, don't sound the best, but I'm not really in to music.
*Alpine touch screen DVD player
*Pioneer 6 Stacker
*New power aerial
*2 Point Australian Standard Immobiliser and Central Locking
*Short shift kit (Stillen copy) which has been solid mounted. I have the stock one but the bottom bearing was completely flogged out and used to eat the bushes every 2 weeks... Being solid mounted it does vibrate and rattle a little more than a stock one, but you wont break it!
*3 Autogauge gauges, Oil temp, water temp and oil pressure
*Brand new dash pods for the climate control and light control
*Red LED lights behind dash
*AMEC 300kph Speedo with a little fake carbon fibre insert for where the boost gauge would sit in a TT
*4 Point racing harnesses (driver and passenger), the previous owner was parinoid about crashing and had these fitted, I also like them alot...  Recently removed due to QLD Department of transport decided that I needed the anchor points engineered.  Have a fancier one coming from Martin.
*Retrimmed black leaterette seats with red stiching. Only the fronts done as I was going to remove the back seats and put in a cage.  Going to get a set of race seats though.
*RAZO shifter knob
*Nardi steering wheel. This was out of Bones car after he crashed it. The leather was in terrible condition so I removed it and was going to re-trim it. I grew to like the feel of the rubber and never covered it. It's perfectly round and nice and skinny, about stock diameter.  Going to get this retrimed, just have to get off my ass and do it.
*Seats are manual, one of the very few Zed's I've seen without an electric drivers seat (weight saving )
*No cruise control (more weight saving )
*Stock shag pile floor mats, missing one of the rears.

EXTERIOR

*Silver 'Z' GB indicators have ordered some Nismo clears.
*Rear spoiler removed (Brazilian)
*Full respray in Gloss Black
*The window weather strips where also painted, no ugly faded strips on this car!  Have ordered a set of Kurma moulds from Cresta.
*New Targa Hook
*6000K HID kit, possibly my favourite mod ever, no wondering where you are going at night in this Zed!
*Forum stickers

--------------------------------------------------------------

This isn't my car but you guys like BMW's.

It's my dad's toy.

E46 (I think?) 323Ci. 2000 model, only bought it a couple of months ago for about $37k from the BMW dealer in the Valley.  Wonderful to drive, even if a little too slow  Razz So comfy and is far to clever for it's own good...  He wants a M3 now, I'm doing my best to convince him to get it sooner rather than later  Smile
